Manage
One of the largest time commitments during a relocation is managing all the details that go with facilitating move team meetings, assigning and tracking action items, and communicating move information and changes among the Executive Move Committee, Department Move Committee, and all your involved vendors.
Guiding you to success is a seasoned Franklin Moves Project Manager who understands the details, including anticipating the often unforeseen ones.
Implement
Planning and then managing the process moves lays the groundwork for the final stage of implementation, where Franklin Moves ability to efficiently carry out all the move's logistical tasks–large and small–really shines.
In this phase, vital undertakings of the move include working with all involved vendors, disconnecting and reconnecting of all your technology, final coordination of the inventory logistics, and creating the post-move punch list. Then we assess and address all remaining details toward what was established as your criteria for success and “Done!”
