evaluation of vendor proposals, and serving as a client advocate

Coordinate all move-related vendors, including architect,
voice and data cabling, telecom, electric, connectivity, general
contractor, internal departments

Identify potential move problems and implement contingency
plan

Maintain updates to master move project plan, communication
plan and budgets

Facilitate post-move retrospective meeting

Confirm project closure across all areas
