Gail Emelko

Gail has brought excellent Project Management skills to Franklin's clients for over 10+ years. With a strong background in technology she is able to bring together the needs of Facilities and IT which is critical for the success of most commercial moves today.

From Data Center requirements planning to development of a detailed project plan to hands on implementation of servers, Gail's background in trade show setup bring a cool head in the middle of a crisis to keep things moving forward throughout the move process.

Her strong knowledge of data systems allows her to work with IT to complete migration and backup strategy before moving any of the servers.

Brenda Luper

Brenda has been doing Commercial relocation project planning, management, and implementation for medium and large clients for over 20 years.

Her capabilities include, managing all aspects of move projects including: space planning, project plan timelines, inventory management systems, optimization of information technology logistics, cross team and multiple vendor coordination, facilitation of department move committee meetings and sequencing of events. Brenda skills ensure that business disruptions are minimized and clients return to normal operations immediately after the relocation.

By advising and collaborating with client's move committees a timely information flow is achieved resulting in minimal work disruption and a successful move is completed while remaining within budget throughout the relocation timeline.
